We are committed to shipping your package to arrive safely. If an item is out of stock or backordered we will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss your options. All orders are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping Methods

  • Ground : 5-6 business days (in California 2-3 business days)
  • Express: 3-4 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day by 5:00pm    Please call 800.676.7176 for this Overnight option.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are per ship-to-address based on the total weight of your order, selected shipping method and your destination. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions about the quoted shipping rate for a website generated order, 800.676.7176.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship outside the U.S., to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. Hawaii and Alaska ship FedEx Express but this is not reflected in the quoted rate on your order. We will contact you for your approval with the corrected cost before we ship your express order.

Only one discount will be honored per order, no combined discounts, please!

Sales Tax
8.00% Sales Tax will be added to applicable orders delivered in California. There is no Sales Tax for orders outside of California.

Return Policy
KATZ products are of the highest quality and we are sure you will be very pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for full credit or exchange. For more information please call us at 800.676.7176 or e-mail at info@katzfarm.com.

Weather Conditions
We do our best to monitor both conditions of extreme heat or cold and may delay a shipment until conditions improve. Please keep in mind that we cannot control how or where a delivery person chooses to leave your package. However, we always work with our customers when a product is compromised due to weather conditions.
